Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards using Power Query, DAX, visualizations, and data modeling
- Design and maintain scalable data models for reporting
- Understand and work with ETL processes across data platforms
- Gather data from multiple internal and external sources
- Cleanse, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze datasets using statistical and visualization techniques
- Translate complex findings into clear, non-technical insights for stakeholders
- Create business reports and dashboards for various teams
- Provide actionable insights based on empirical data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI dashboard development
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience in building enterprise-level dashboards
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data workflows
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
