Data Analyst - Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Chn/Hyd/Blr/Del/Pune

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Banking Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and advanced analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculations, and data models to support business analysis.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for operational, financial, and business reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to support modern analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Work with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams to deliver enterprise reporting solutions.
• Create documentation and provide business users with reporting support and training.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Expertise in DAX and Power BI data modeling.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience creating KPI dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and financial data.

• Azure Data Platform exposure.
• Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
