Key Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• You will need to combine strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Cleanliness Scores: Maintaining high hygiene ratings in audits.
• SLA Compliance: Meeting vendor service timelines.
• Response Time: Prompt resolution of occupant complaints.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, statistical analysis, data modeling expertise.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be well versed with Excel and MS office.
• Analysing Data, Making various reports, MIS, PPT

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Typically a Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Often requires 2-4 years of experience in similar field.
• Basic knowledge of Facility services - soft services Housekeeping, Pantry Services, Events etc
