Data Analyst Manager

Role & responsibilities

Sobha Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Construction PMO by driving data-driven decision-making through project analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard development. The role will be responsible for monitoring key project KPIs, generating actionable insights, and enhancing reporting efficiency across multiple construction projects.

• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
• Analyze project data related to schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project KPIs and highlight performance trends, risks, and variances.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Project, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data integrity and governance.
• Support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making through analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Power BI Dashboard Development
• SQL and Data Management
• Data Visualization & Reporting
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP will be an added advantage
