Data Analyst Manager

Role & Responsibilities

1. Retention & Revenue Analytics to improve renewal conversion and overall GWP
2. Drive analytics-backed initiatives for attribute wise cohorts
3. Use attribute cohorts for advanced analytics models on churn prediction, propensity to buy/renew
4. Build and operationalize analytics frameworks for Cross-sell propensity, Upsell opportunity identification and next best offer
5. Provide insights on the renewal progress and lead the team in improving the retention %
6. Drive continuous model improvements designed to improve Retention %
7. Manage stakeholders across Business, Sales, Retention, Marketing, Technology, and Vendors

What We Expect:

Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Data Science / Statistics / Business Analytics

Experience: 8 years of experience, with 4+ years in data analytics / data science and exposure to Retention and Telesales. Prior experience in GI is preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, stakeholder management skills and ability to work under pressure
Mindset: Business oriented and positive
