Job Description
Create research reports and infographics across asset classes – residential, office, retail, warehouses, loans etc.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Create research reports and infographics across asset classes – residential, office, retail, warehouses, loans etc.
- Secondary research to ensure all platforms are updated
- Support client data requests across all asset classes
Skills Required
- Candidate preferred from IPC industry
- Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, SQL
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis
- Sound knowledge of analyzing real estate data sets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Gaining Database Understanding and extraction of data for analysis
- Structured problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and a Willingness to learn
