Data Analyst III (Epic Clarity)

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Business Objects and/or PowerBI and/or Tableau Reports and any ETL Related activities.
• Provide support for troubleshooting, and service request resolution.
• Provides break fix support, Service request resolution, performance tuning and remigration support.
• Assist in implementing upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and secure.
• Work closely with senor level administrator, report developer and other stakeholders to support Business Objects, PowerBI & any ETL related initiatives.
• Contribute to creating and maintain documentation for Tools Related configuration, processes, and best practices.
• Participate in process improvement efforts for the KPHC Clarity Reporting using advanced continuous improvement tools and skills resulting in significant cost savings.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide 24/7 and on call support based on Shift roster" and as per project needs

Preferred candidate profile

• Extensive BI support experience in the IT healthcare industry, including recent development, system administration, application tuning, and debugging.
• Sttrong support skills with experience resolving complex issues.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Tableau is desirable, but not required.
• Experience in Python scripting is desirable, but not required
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and methodologies.
  Excellent critical thinking skills.
