Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, finance reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau, along with the ability to analyze financial data and create meaningful reports and dashboards.

The role also requires a good understanding of contracts and agreements, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual information and extract relevant business and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Prepare and maintain finance reports, management reports, and data reporting dashboards.
• Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate business and finance requirements into meaningful reports and data visualizations.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate data solutions.
• Read, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and contractual terms.
• Extract and interpret key financial, commercial, and operational information from contracts.
• Identify relevant contractual obligations, timelines, financial terms, and other important data points.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, and other teams to improve reporting processes and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance Reporting, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau.
• Experience in Finance Reporting and Data Reporting.
• Strong dashboard development and data visualization skills.
• Good understanding of financial data and reporting concepts.
• Experience with data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a simple and meaningful manner.
• Good knowledge of contract reading and contract analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills would be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, or Business Operations teams.
• Experience in developing executive-level dashboards and MIS reports.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools.
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement.
• Understanding of financial and commercial contracts.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM or relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
