We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Ecommerce Team. The role involves working with large datasets, transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven ecommerce decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for ecommerce and business teams.
- Develop effective data models to support reporting and analysis.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Track key ecommerce, sales, and operational metrics and provide regular insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to improve data analysis and reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Candidates with an Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative background would be preferred.
- Candidates who have worked extensively with large datasets and analytical models will be an advantage.
