Responsibilities

• You will work across portfolio diagnostics, cross-sell strategy, and risk insights to help shape smarter credit and customer engagement decisions.
• Monitor portfolio health through deep-dive analytics, dashboards, and early-warning insights.
• Identify high-value customer segments for cross-sell using behavioural data and predictive analytics.
• Analyse campaign performance across channels and recommend actions to improve conversion ROI.
• Partner with marketing to analyse channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience targeting.
• Build data-driven customer journeys for hyper-personalized communication across digital channels.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of portfolio trends, acquisition quality, and campaign outcomes.
• Collaborating with Credit, Risk, Business, Marketing, and Product teams to build data-led strategies.
• Drive process improvements across data, reporting, and analytics workflows.
• Build actionable insights to improve collection efficiency, pre-delinquency management and reduce overdue buckets.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer payment behaviour, delinquency patterns, and slippage root causes.
• Develop segmentation strategies for early-, mid-, and late-stage collections.
• Elder care for those who might need to extend support to senior family members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any quantitative discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in risk analytics, preferably in BFSI.
