Data Analyst - A / B Testing & Experimentation

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, product analytics, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to design, execute, analyze, and optimize experiments that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment frameworks.
• Measure experiment impact and provide recommendations.
• Analyze test results and identify statistically significant outcomes.
• Monitor experiment performance and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and engagement metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities through experimentation.
• Provide insights to improve product adoption and user experience.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with product managers and business teams.
• Support product roadmap decisions using data.
• Present experiment findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, product analytics, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.
