Data Analyst, 5+ years, Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

• Timely & Accurate delivery of reports according to the Service Level expectations
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, MS Excel and VBA.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests and performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Document analytical processes and create user-friendly data models for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Expertise of Analytics, Data Management, Business Analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas, VBA).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server writing queries, joins, data extraction, and optimization.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborating effectively with co workers

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or B.Tech degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Data Analytics (or a related quantitative field).
