Roles And Responsibilities
This role requires deep, demonstrable expertise in Tableau and will be central to converting complex financial and operational data into critical business insights. Core Responsibilities (Tableau Mastery)
The primary focus of this role is on the entire Tableau development lifecycle:
Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for maximum performance and fast rendering across various access methods.
Utilize Tableau Desktop (or similar tools) for building reports with visualization.
Create compelling, story-driven visualizations that communicate complex financial trends and risks simply and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of focused experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Tableau development.
- Tableau Proficiency (Mandatory):
- Data Querying (Mandatory):
- Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred):
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to engage with non-technical business leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into accurate, visual reports.
- Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau CertifiedData Analyst, Desktop Specialist).
- Experience with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis feeding into Tableau
