About the Role

We are hiring experienced Store Managers for a leading quick-commerce company. The role involves end-to-end management of high-volume dark store operations, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, team productivity, and timely order fulfilment.

We are looking for hands-on operations leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of results, and can effectively manage people and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage daily dark store activities, including order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and overall fulfilment efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage store associates, shift supervisors, and operational teams.
• Performance Management: Monitor operational KPIs, including order fulfilment time, picking productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Inventory Management: Ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, cycle counts, and effective shrinkage control.
• Workforce Planning: Manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, attendance, and peak-hour readiness.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high order accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to customer service standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve daily challenges, and drive continuous improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs, workplace safety, store hygiene, and operational standards.

Eligibility & Experience

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in quick commerce, dark store operations, Last-mile operations, warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or similar high-volume operations.
• Native of Kerala (Malayalam Language)
• Prior experience managing store operations and leading frontline teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, manpower planning, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage store-level operations and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Candidates

• Professionals with direct experience in quick-commerce or dark store operations.
• Existing Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Dark Store Managers, or Fulfilment Centre Managers.
• Candidates familiar with the Kerala market.
• Immediate or early joiners.
