D365 Technical CRM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Configure CRM business processes, entities, security roles, business units, and access across organizational structures.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate customer service workflows and business operations.
• Develop integrations and extensions for enterprise CRM environments and Azure-hosted applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for high-volume case and email management solutions.

Skills Required:

• 5-14 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM consulting or development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Service implementations.
• Strong experience developing solutions with Power Apps, including model-driven application capabilities.
• Practical experience creating workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Ability to design scalable CRM integrations, extensions, and API-based solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with C#, C#.NET, or .NET development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
