Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams in delivering high-quality ERP solutions. The consultant will lead requirement analysis, design, configuration, and testing of D365 F&O modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  o Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
  o Perform Fit Gap analysis and propose solutions leveraging D365 F&O standard features.
  o Document functional specifications and process flows.
  
• Solution Design & Configuration
  o Configure D365 F&O modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting) and Supply Chain (Inventory, Procurement, Production, Warehouse Management).
  o Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and customizations.
  o Support Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Automate) where applicable.
  
• Testing & Deployment
  o Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  o Validate deliverables against business expectations.
  o Assist in cutover, go live, and hypercare support.
  
• Training & Documentation
  o Conduct end user training sessions.
  o Prepare user guides, functional design documents, and process documentation.
  

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementations.
• At least 3 full end to end implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge in Finance and/or Supply Chain processes.
• Expertise in functional documentation (FRD, FDD, Fit Gap analysis).
• Hands on experience with Azure DevOps for defect tracking and UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Project Accounting / PMA modules.
• Familiarity with Embedded Copilot and automation features.
• Exposure to cloud hosting (Azure) and reporting tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with cross functional teams.
• Commitment to quality delivery and proactive communication.
