Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to D365 implementation, configuration, or customization.
  
• Develop reports and dashboards using X++, Power BI, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights for clients.
  
• Implement and configure D365 applications to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  
• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Operations.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using D365 functional consultancy services.

• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) modules, including Financial Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Project Accounting, and more.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using D365 functional consultancy services.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on D365 functionality and best practices.

• Troubleshoot issues related to D365 implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.

• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
