D365 Functional CE Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain D365 solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to D365 functionality and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, supply chain management, procurement processes, sales order processing, inventory control, etc.
• Excellent customer engagement skills with ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
