About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead to lead large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations and drive Azure-based integration solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solution architecture, technical leadership, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex D365 F&O implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure integration architectures.
• Drive technical solution design, code reviews, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure technical governance and delivery excellence across engagements.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / AX
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus
• REST APIs & Integrations
• Experience in Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O technical architecture.
• Experience in solution design and technical leadership.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• X++ Development
• Azure Integration Services
• Power Platform exposure
• Microsoft Dynamics Certifications

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certification preferred.
