D365 F&O SCM Functional - Bangalore - Immediate Joiner

Job Description:-

Responsible for leading SCM solution delivery, managing consulting teams, ensuring project success, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end SCM solution delivery for ERP implementations

· Manage functional consultants and project workstreams

· Define overall SCM solution architecture

· Conduct executive-level workshops with stakeholders

· Oversee integrations, testing strategy, and data migration

· Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation

· Support presales activities and solution demonstrations

· Ensure governance and quality assurance of deliverables

· Assist in conducting interview, asset development and presales activity

Key skills required

• 7+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Bangalore location
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Candidate to be certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect
• Experience managing large ERP implementation programs
• Knowledge of global supply chain best practices
• Exposure to Copilot and AI agents
• Worked on Indian Localization (Optional)
• Education - Any Graduate
