We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM), MRP/Master Planning, and core SCM processes to support and resolve functional issues in a production support environment.

• Provide functional support for D365 F&O SCM.

• Handle Advanced Warehouse Management and MRP/Master Planning.

• Manage end-to-end SCM processes including Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Planning.

• Analyze and resolve production issues and support tickets.

• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

• Participate in testing, UAT, and process improvements.

• Take ownership of assigned issues and deliver timely solutions.

• Learn and support additional areas such as Electronic Reporting (ER).

• Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

• 8+ years of D365 F&O SCM experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM) and MRP.

• Good knowledge of core SCM processes.

• Experience in production/support projects.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
