Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across the D365 Finance & Operations project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-to-standard ERP solutions.
• Guide Functional Consultants and Technical Teams on solution configuration and design.
• Conduct scoping workshops and develop comprehensive solution design documentation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Proven experience in Functional Solution Architecture and ERP solution design.
• Strong understanding of fit-to-standard processes and minimizing customizations.
• Experience in stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive solution quality, scalability, and business value.
