D365 Developer - Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Design, develop, and support customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enhancements.
• Manage source control and deployment processes through Azure DevOps.

Skills Required:

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Proficiency in C#, X++, and data integration techniques.
• Experience with REST APIs and Azure services.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data analysis.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
