D365 - CRM Technical Consultant

Are you a passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical consultant looking to grow in enterprise application development, technical solutioning, automation, and digital transformation?Join LevelShift as a D365 CRM Technical consultant, where youll work with functional consultants, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop and customize D365 CRM solutions, build integrations and automation, and support implementation, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do

• Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related CRM modules.
• Develop and customize solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, JavaScript, and C#.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData Services, and Azure services.
• Support CRM data migration, security model configuration, performance optimization, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, user stories, and implementation artifacts.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and AI capabilities to improve CRM solutions and customer experience.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Your Skillset

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
• Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and AI capabilities to improve CRM solutions and customer experience
• Strong experience in implementations and customizations.
