About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
- Develop process maps and diagrams to visualize complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance on system configuration, customization, and integration.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering techniques and ability to create clear functional specifications.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in creating process maps and diagrams using various tools such as Visio.
