Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and document finance-related business requirements for D365 Business Central.
• Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 Business Central finance module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of financial data and processes with other business applications.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the functionality and capabilities of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the finance functionalities of D365 Business Central.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in D365 Business Central and provide recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Tools Required

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically in finance modules.
• Experience implementing D365 Business Central for finance departments within organizations.
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.

• Providing guidance and support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operations post implementation.
• Keeping abreast of updates and enhancements in D365 Business Central to recommend improvements and new functionalities.

To Succeed in This Role – You Should Have the Following

• A strong background in finance and accounting principles, with experience in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
