D2C Manager (CAC/ROAS/AOV/CVR)

About The Opportunity

Founded in 2024, Mindtel is a fast-growing D2C & performance marketing startup that helps consumer brands scale profitably through data-driven growth strategies. We work with direct-to-consumer brands across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle verticals to optimize CAC, ROAS, AOV, and CVR — turning marketing spend into sustainable, high-margin revenue. Our team is lean, analytical, and obsessed with CAC payback and unit economics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D2C performance marketing: structure, execute, and optimize paid acquisition channels to hit CAC/ROAS targets.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnel flows to improve CVR and AOV across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
• Analyze funnel performance using attribution models and implement data-backed improvements to reduce drop-offs.
• Collaborate with product and CX teams to refine on-site UX, checkout flows, and post-purchase journeys for higher conversion and retention.
• Build forecast models for marketing spend scaling, ensuring ROAS remains above target while managing CAC efficiency.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with stakeholders, presenting insights and action plans to drive profitability and growth.
