About the Role : -

One Guardian Brands is looking for a D2C Lead to drive the growth and profitability of our digital business.

This is an end-to-end ownership role for someone who can build and scale the D2C channel, with responsibility across website growth, performance marketing, customer retention and P&L.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Own the overall D2C business, revenue and P&L.
• Drive website traffic, conversion, revenue and customer growth.
• Develop and manage Meta and Google Ads strategies for customer acquisition and profitable growth.
• Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate and LTV.
• Build and execute customer retention and CRM strategies to increase repeat purchases and LTV.
• Work closely with creative, merchandising, technology and operations teams to improve the customer journey.
• Identify new growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Build a scalable and sustainable D2C growth engine.

What We’re Looking For : -

• Strong experience in D2C, E-commerce, Performance Marketing or Growth.
• Hands-on understanding of Meta and Google performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion optimisation and the D2C funnel.
• Experience managing retention/CRM and repeat customer growth.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience owning or influencing P&L, revenue and margins.
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to independently own the D2C growth charter and work cross-functionally.
