About this role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the D2C P&L, revenue, contribution margin, and overall business growth.
- Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase strategies across the customer funnel.
- Lead website optimization, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and customer experience initiatives.
- Partner with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to optimize CAC, ROAS, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
- Use business and customer analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive key decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing D2C team across growth, merchandising, and CRM.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to drive business outcomes.
- Identify new channels, categories, and opportunities to accelerate sustainable growth.
Skills and qualifications:
- 8 - 15 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or related businesses.
- Proven experience owning a meaningful D2C P&L or revenue portfolio and scaling a digital business.
- Strong understanding of the complete funnel: acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Highly data-driven with strong commercial, financial, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build teams, processes, and systems in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in fashion, innerwear, shapewear, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred.
