Roles & Responsibilities:
- D2C Business Ownership: Lead the overall online business, driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Growth & Customer Acquisition: Develop strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifecycle management.
- Digital Performance: Drive performance marketing, website optimization, and other initiatives to improve online efficiency and ROI.
- Channel & Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the online portfolio, improve visibility, and strengthen digital presence.
- Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead the D2C team and work closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, digital business, or consumer-focused roles.
- Strong experience in owning online revenue and business performance.
- Hands-on understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Proven ability to scale digital businesses in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and people leadership skills.
