Role Description The D2C and Marketplace Operation Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day operations across Nueman's direct-to-consumer website and marketplace platforms, including listing management, inventory tracking, and order processing. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely dispatches, and smooth customer journeys, while monitoring platform performance and resolving operational issues. The role also involves assisting with sales reporting, analyzing marketplace data, and helping implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The intern will collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to maintain consistent brand presence and reliable fulfillment across all online channels.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
