Position: Sales Executive – Cybersecurity & Compliance Services

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition. The candidate should have prior experience selling cybersecurity, information security, GRC, or compliance services and should be comfortable engaging with decision-makers across the Middle East and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security leaders.
- Promote Cyber Sigma's cybersecurity and compliance services, including:
- VAPT – Web, Mobile, API, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure
- Red Teaming and Security Assessments
- ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, and other ISO certifications
- PCI DSS and PCI Secure Software
- SOC 1 and SOC 2 Attestation
- GRC, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Automation
- Cloud Security, Secure Code Review, and Information Systems Audits
- Regulatory and industry-specific cybersecurity assessments
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and opportunity records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, information security, IT services, GRC, or compliance consulting.
- Proven experience in cold calling and international business development.
- Prior exposure to services such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, VAPT, cybersecurity assessments, or GRC solutions is required.
- Experience working with or selling to customers in the Middle East and/or European markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical and compliance requirements and communicate business value effectively.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales platforms.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cybersecurity consulting, audit, certification, or managed security services.
- Existing contacts or market exposure in the Middle East or Europe.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP, and NIST.
- Experience working with enterprise, BFSI, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or technology clients.
