Cybersecurity PM
Position Summary
The Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist will support the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) organization in developing, managing, and delivering enterprise-wide security awareness, compliance training, and human risk management programs. The individual will work closely with CTC leadership, HR, Communications, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen the organizations security culture, reduce human cyber risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal training requirements.
This role will partner closely with the CTC Training & Awareness Lead to drive initiatives including Annual Compliance Training (ACTP), phishing simulations, behavioral coaching, role-based security training, awareness campaigns, executive communications, Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities, security metrics, and workforce engagement programs.
Qualification
4-8 years of experience in:
- Security Awareness and Human Risk Management
- Learning Management
- Employee Communications
- Cybersecurity Program Management
Experience managing large-scale global awareness programs (10,000+ employees).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating executive presentations and reports.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience supporting global programs across multiple regions.
Experience with any learning management system is an advantage - Workday Learning, KnowBe4 or others.
Ideal Candidate will need the mix of below:

20% Training Operations and LMS Administration
