Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity, IT Risk & GRC professional to lead consulting engagements across cybersecurity assessments, IT audits, technology risk reviews, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and cloud security domains.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong consulting background and be capable of independently managing client engagements, conducting assessments, presenting findings to senior stakeholders, and driving cybersecurity governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cybersecurity, IT Risk, Data Privacy, and GRC consulting engagements.
• Conduct Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments and Technology Risk Reviews.
• Perform IT Risk Assessments, Cybersecurity Audits, and Regulatory Compliance Reviews.
• Lead Third-Party Risk Management and Vendor Security Assessments.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, governance frameworks, and procedures.
• Support CISO Office Transformation initiatives.
• Conduct assessments aligned with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, DPDP Act, GDPR, ISO 27001/27701, NIST, PCI DSS, and SWIFT CSP.
• Execute cybersecurity audits covering Governance, Cloud Security, Network Security, SOC Operations, IAM, PAM, Vulnerability Management, Data Security, and Security Architecture.
• Perform Cloud Security Assessments across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Review SOC operations, Incident Response capabilities, and security tools including SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, and CSPM.
• Conduct ITGC, ITSM, BCP/DR, Secure SDLC, and Vendor Risk assessments.
• Prepare executive reports, risk heatmaps, remediation roadmaps, and present findings to CXOs and senior management.
• Support proposal development, business growth initiatives, and mentoring of consulting teams.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Big4, Cybersecurity Consulting, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, GRC, Data Privacy Advisory, or Risk Consulting organizations will be highly preferred.
