Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cybersecurity Faculty role based in Jaipur. The Cybersecurity Faculty member will design, update, and deliver curriculum on core and advanced cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. Responsibilities include preparing and conducting lectures, labs, workshops, and assessments; mentoring learners on projects and certifications; and providing academic guidance and career readiness support. The role involves creating learning materials, case studies, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards and emerging threats. The faculty member will also collaborate with academic and industry partners to keep course content current and support institutional initiatives, events, and outreach related to cybersecurity education.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, application security, cryptography, and security operations.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, cloud security platforms).
• Familiarity with ethical hacking, penetration testing, incident response, digital forensics, and secure coding practices.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, SOC 2, GDPR/other privacy regulations).
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners with varied backgrounds and experience levels.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic content creation for cybersecurity or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
