Job Description Responsible for vulnerability management and remediation workflows across label subsidiaries (Zynga, Rockstar, 2K). Work closely with engineering and IT teams to triage, track and validate fixes using vulnerability scanners and ticketing/workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerability scan results and threat intelligence to identify and prioritise remediation.
• Develop and execute remediation plans; coordinate with engineering and track progress in ticketing/workflow systems.
• Validate remediation effectiveness via rescans and post-remediation assessments.
• Enforce patch compliance, manage exceptions and ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor and report remediation progress with dashboards and metrics derived from scanners and ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with Information Security and cross-functional teams to align remediation with security strategy.
• Maintain and improve integrations between scanning tools and ticketing/workflow systems; troubleshoot ingestion issues.
• Create and customize workflows and dashboards to optimise the vulnerability lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a security operations role with focus on vulnerability management, patching and remediation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanners (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7) and enterprise patching platforms (SCCM, JAMF).
• Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (ServiceNow, Jira or similar) including automation and dashboarding.
• Strong understanding of CVSS, EPSS, KEV and remediation prioritisation best practices.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with infrastructure, development and support teams.
• Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, API integration) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical risk to non-technical stakeholders. Apply →
