ITIL process knowledge. Incident management, Problem management, Service request, Change Management.

Secondary Skills required – Symantec Endpoint / Cisco Secured Endpoint, SailPoint

Scripting skills – PowerShell scripting and automation

Perform user access and password management.

Troubleshoot user account lock outs.

Application on boarding and Management

# Ping Federate / Access –

Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocol

Troubleshooting access issues

Retiring federation configurations

Multi factor authentication troubleshooting

Managing MFA configuration for user whenever required.

Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocol
