Experience Required: 5–8 Years We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Cybersecurity to join our growing Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

Cloud Security, Red Teaming, Vulnerability Management, Email Security, and Security Operations , with a strong understanding of modern cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities : ✔ Implement and manage security controls across AWS and Azure environments. ✔ Conduct cloud security posture assessments and drive remediation activities using CNAPP tools. ✔ Lead and participate in Red Team and Purple Team exercises, including phishing simulations, privilege escalation, and lateral movement testing. ✔ Manage enterprise email security solutions and support incident investigations. ✔ Perform vulnerability assessments, risk evaluations, and remediation tracking. ✔ Support compliance initiatives including ISO 27001, SEBI CSCRF, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements. ✔ Collaborate with SOC, IT, and business teams to strengthen organizational cyber resilience.

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure Security.
• Hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing.
• Experience with Email Security technologies and incident response.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Understanding of NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Familiarity with DLP, Endpoint Security, and Security Automation tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Certifications: Mandatory:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)

Preferred:

• OSCP
• CompTIA Security+
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• CSA Certifications Regards, Team HR
