Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist Digital Workplace (GRC)

Job Summary We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist with strong experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Information Security, Vulnerability Management, and Cyber Risk. The ideal candidate will support Digital Workplace security initiatives by performing risk assessments, managing audit findings, driving remediation activities, and collaborating with Microsoft 365, Endpoint, and ServiceNow teams. This is a governance-focused role (70%) with technical exposure (30%).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for projects and IT solutions.
• Manage vulnerability remediation and track security risks.
• Support internal and external security audits and compliance activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Microsoft 365, Endpoint (Intune), and ServiceNow teams on security initiatives.
• Support cybersecurity incident remediation in coordination with security teams.
• Manage security exceptions and remediation plans.
• Monitor security KPIs and compliance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business teams.
