Role Summary:
Customer-facing technical specialist responsible for supporting cybersecurity business growth through consultative engagement, solution positioning, and technical support for opportunity progression.
What Youll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand security challenges and requirements through field meetings and virtual engagements
- Conduct technical discovery discussions and assess customer environments for relevant cybersecurity solutions
- Recommend and position appropriate cybersecurity solutions from the portfolio
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements and articulate solution benefits to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams during customer visits and technical workshops
- Provide technical support for opportunity progression, including solution validation and architecture explanation
- Assist in lead development, opportunity conversion, and business growth through consultative discussions
- Present the cybersecurity portfolio and explain solution integration and business benefits
- Support channel partners and deliver technical enablement sessions for sales teams and partners
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies, including Security Operations Center (SOC), Endpoint Security / EDR / XDR, and Email Security
- 8-15 years in cybersecurity presales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles
- Experience in customer-facing roles with technical discussions, demonstrations, and collaboration with sales teams and partners
- Strong consultative engagement and ability to simplify cybersecurity concepts
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
- Collaborative and effective in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Assessment & Patch Management, Cloud Security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
