About this role
- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team (analysts, engineers, SOC staff).
- Define and implement the organizations cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee security operations, incident response, and threat management.
- Conduct advanced risk assessments and vulnerability management programs.
- Design and review secure network and system architectures.
- Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and leadership teams on security initiatives.
- Manage third-party/vendor security risk assessments.
- Lead incident response planning, forensic investigations, and post-incident reviews.
- Implement and oversee security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM).
- Report security posture and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in: Network and application security,Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security architecture and design, Threat intelligence and incident response
- Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Nessus.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and secure SDLC.
- Experience in managing SOC operations.
