Cyber Security Engineer

A Senior Cyber Security Engineer designs, builds, and maintains secure IT systems to protect company data. This senior role leads complex security projects, mentors junior staff, and responds to major cyber attacks. They act as bridge builders between technical teams and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor networks and systems using SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools to detect suspicious activities or breaches.
• Vulnerability Management: Perform routine risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and remediate exploitable flaws before attackers can use them.
• Incident Response: Investigate cyber security incidents, perform digital forensics to find the root cause, and implement recovery strategies
• Security Architecture: Design and deploy robust security architectures, encryption protocols, and role-based access controls across cloud and on-premise environments
• Compliance & Policy: Develop organization-wide security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Candidate’s Profile:

• B E/ B Tech, MCA/ BCA with certification in Cyber Security
• Min. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Ready to work onsite in Bengaluru, Mumbai , Pune (Any one)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network security, operating systems, cloud security, and cyber security tooling
• Certifications: Highly valued credentials include Comp TIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders. [
