Role Description The Cyber Security Engineer (DLP & MDM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ingraj Bazar. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to safeguard organizational data and endpoints. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security events, responding to incidents related to data leakage and device compromise, performing root-cause analysis, and recommending remediation. The engineer will collaborate with IT and product teams to define security policies, configure tools, and ensure secure integration of applications and infrastructure. The role also involves conducting regular audits, preparing documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders on secure practices.

** Key Responsibilities** · Implement, configure, deploy, and manage enterprise DLP and MDM solutions. · Define and enforce data protection and endpoint security policies across the organization. · Secure Linux endpoints and ensure compliance with organizational security standards. · Administer and harden Linux systems using industry best practices. · Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers to maintain a secure network infrastructure. · Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions. · Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation measures. · Develop and automate administrative and security tasks using Shell/Bash scripting. · Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Development teams to strengthen the organization's security posture. · Prepare security documentation, SOPs, and implementation guidelines. · Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements to existing security controls.

Required Skills · 2–10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, or Network Security. · Hands-on experience implementing or administering DLP solutions. · Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. · Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar). · Good knowledge of Shell/Bash scripting. · Experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching. · Understanding of endpoint security, access control, data protection, and security hardening. · Knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. · Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
