Experienced Cyber Security Professional with over 3 years of expertise in Vulnerability Assessment
and Penetration Testing (VAPT), specializing in Web Applications, Mobile Applications (Android
iOS), APIs, Thick Client Applications, and Network VAPT. Skilled in identifying, validating, and
reporting security vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and security best
practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for web applications, mobile
applications (Android/iOS), APIs, and internal/external network infrastructure.
- Conduct reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploitation, post-exploitation validation, and
security verification.
- Perform authenticated and unauthenticated security assessments.
- Validate automated scan results through manual testing to eliminate false positives.
- Assess applications against OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security Top 10, and OWASP Mobile
Top 10.
- Prepare detailed technical and executive VAPT reports with remediation recommendations.
- Conduct retesting to verify implemented fixes and provide closure reports.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to explain findings and recommend
secure coding practices.
- Stay updated on the latest vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security best practices.
