Cyber Security Analyst Intern | Remote (India) Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain real-world experience defending organizations against cyber threats? At Gradient Cyber, you'll work alongside experienced cybersecurity professionals protecting over 100 organizations through our AI-powered Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) platform and 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). This is an opportunity to build practical skills while contributing to real security operations.

What You'll Do • Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats • Assist with incident response and security investigations • Analyze logs and security event data using SIEM platforms • Research emerging cyber threats and attack techniques • Identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and suspicious activity • Work with network, endpoint, and cloud security technologies • Support threat detection, process improvement, and automation initiatives • Participate in cybersecurity projects and hands-on learning opportunities

What We're Looking For • Basic understanding of networking concepts • Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals and common attack techniques • Interest in SIEM, SOC operations, incident response, or threat hunting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Nice to Have • Experience with labs, internships, projects, or CTFs • Knowledge of Active Directory, O365, EDR/XDR • Basic database and programming skills • Security certifications such as Security+, CCNA, or equivalent coursework • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK
