Cyber Security Analyst / Engineers

Job Role: Cybersecurity Analyst Engineer

1. Monitor security systems, networks, and endpoints to identify and prevent cyber threats and suspicious activities.
2. Analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis to minimize security risks.
3. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and security risk analysis.
4. Manage and monitor SIEM tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, and Microsoft Sentinel.
5. Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, antivirus, EDR, and intrusion detection and prevention systems.
6. Investigate phishing attacks, malware infections, ransomware threats, and unauthorized access attempts.
7. Perform log analysis, threat hunting, and security event correlation to detect potential cyberattacks.
8. Support incident response, digital forensics, and disaster recovery activities.
9. Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
10. Collaborate with IT, cloud, and DevOps teams to strengthen security posture and implement effective cybersecurity solutions.
