Cyber Security Advisor

Responsible for assessing security implications of emerging technologies, telecom evolutions, infrastructure deployments, and novel attack techniques. Produces actionable security advisories that guide engineering, operations, and leadership toward secure adoption.

Must Have Skill:

• Telecom Security & Architecture - Strong understanding of telecom architectures, 3GPP, GSMA, ETSI, Broadband Forum, and large-scale network infrastructure security.
• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment - Proven ability to perform threat modeling, identify attack surfaces, assess likelihood/blast radius, and develop risk-based mitigation strategies.
• Threat Intelligence & Attack Analysis - Ability to interpret emerging attack techniques and threat intelligence, including MITRE FiGHT and GSMA MoTIF, and translate findings into actionable security guidance.
• Security Standards & Regulatory Knowledge - Strong familiarity with GSMA security frameworks, 3GPP security specifications, ENISA, NIST, ETSI, and country-specific telecom regulatory requirements.Good-to-Have Skills
• Security Certifications - CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.
• Telecom / Infrastructure Experience - 4+ years of experience in telecom, data centers, cloud, or large-scale infrastructure security.Security Advisory & Analytical Writing - Ability to produce clear, structured security advisories and communicate complex technical risks to engineering and leadership teams.Strategic & Collaborative Mindset - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working cross-functionally with Architecture, Engineering, SOC, and leadership teams.
