Position Summary

Join Deloitte's Cyber & Strategic Risk practice and help organizations strengthen privileged access management in complex, evolving technology environments. As part of our Risk & Financial Advisory business, you will work with global clients to design and implement CyberArk solutions that protect critical assets, support business objectives, and improve enterprise resilience. This role offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs, cross-functional delivery teams, and leading identity and access management technologies.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant - CyberArk on the Cyber & Strategic Risk team, you will be responsible for:

• Architect, design, and implement CyberArk and privileged access management solutions for enterprise environments
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and develop solution documentation across onsite and offshore delivery models
• Configure, customize, and integrate CyberArk solutions with applications, ticketing platforms, and adjacent security technologies
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technology vendors
• Support strategy, delivery, and practice growth through solution road maps, reusable assets, proposals, and eminence activities

The cyber risk services—IAM practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading IAM solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The cyber risk services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:

Application Onboarding

Lifecycle Manager

Compliance Manager

Password Management

Automated Provisioning

Roles Management

ITSM tools Integration

Advanced Authentication Methods

Strategy and Road Map

Location: HYD/BLR/CHN/Pun

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, science, or business administration
• 3-6 years of experience in identity and access management or privileged access management
• 3+ years of experience implementing CyberArk solutions
• Experience delivering at least 2 privileged access management implementations across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
• Experience integrating CyberArk with ticketing platforms and security information and event management tools
• Experience developing Privileged Session Manager AutoIt scripts and Central Policy Manager connectors
• Experience with CyberArk Disaster Recovery, DNA, Privileged Session Manager Proxy, Application Identity Manager, Endpoint Privilege Manager, and Viewfinity
  
  

Preferred:

• CyberArk or other identity and access management technology certifications
• Project Management Professional or Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification
• Experience supporting work across additional security domains beyond identity and access management and privileged access management
