Cyber Defense / SOC Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely detection, containment, and remediation.
• Develop and implement incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks to ensure effective handling of security breaches.
• Collaborate with other teams such as IT, DevOps, and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures.
• Analyze SIEM data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies indicative of potential threats.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in a SOC or similar role with expertise in cybersecurity threat analysis.
• Strong understanding of SIEM tools such as LogRhythm or QRadar.
• Proven track record in developing incident response plans and conducting thorough investigations.
