CVC Labelling Operator Packing

Role & responsibilities :

• Operate the CVC labelling machine as per approved SOPs and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Verify product details, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and approved label particulars before starting the operation.
• Ensure correct label placement, alignment, readability, and proper adhesion on containers.
• Perform line clearance and verify packaging materials before commencing the batch.
• Monitor labelling quality and segregate defective or rejected products as per approved procedures.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
• Report machine breakdowns, labelling defects, and any deviations to the Line Officer or Supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical labelling operations preferred.
• Willingness to work in Shifts
